　　想要写好企业战略，而不是口水话就需要先了解自己这个项目是干什么的，是做什么方面的，它的运营模式是怎样的，要知其所以然，才能规划，这个项目是服务业吗？是电商吗？是以什么为项目的核心竞争力，现在目前的瓶颈是什么，需要在未来做什么，项目是靠核心技术吗？核心技术未来向什么方向发展，是运营模式吗？运营模式在未来如何去改进，当把这几点解释清楚，那么企业战略的板块就八九不离十了，还是靠从某个角度，企业战略是贯穿整个策划书的，它是连接项目现有和项目未来。

　　企业战略中比较重要的一点就是根据现有条件去推测未来，企业平台自身的路要走好，但也要看看外部环境的适应性，根据相关政策的改变及时去调整项目的方向来。企业战略一般分为“三步”走，会把企业战略分为前期、中期、后期三个阶段，这样战略可以分阶段地描述和改变，但不同的企业、项目划分战略的方式也不同，有些企业是根据时间分，几年为一个阶段、有些项目则是需要看项目是否取得了成果，取得一定的成果就宣布进入下一个阶段，对于划分的方法需要根据项目的特性，看哪一种划分更加合适。
